The Devil’s Dilemma of Education

Who doesn’t want the skills he learns to be future proof? Our education system should prepare us for the future, right? At the same time it needs to make us relevant for the jobs available today. At times, educators have a real devil’s dilemma: teachning skills for needs of today vs promises and ambitions of tomorrow. In my work I come often across it quite often.
